Solar Opposites is an American adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland alongside Mike McMahan, and produced by 20th Television Animation for Hulu. Originally created for the Fox Broadcasting Company, the project was shelved, then bought by Hulu. The series debuted on May 8, 2020.
The series centers around a group of aliens from the planet Shlorp living on Earth, and more specifically in a town located in the United States.

Solar Opposites debuted on May 8, 2020 on Hulu in the United States. It was originally ordered as two seasons consisting of eight episodes each. The series was renewed for a third season, which premiered in July 2022, and has been renewed yet again for an upcoming fourth season which will be released on August 14, 2023.
Internationally, the series is available on Star+ in Spanish-speaking Latin America and Brazil; Disney+ in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, South Africa, Singapore, the Philippines, East Asia, Australia and New Zealand; and Disney+ Hotstar in India, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
